This experiential course is intended to help you better understand the theory, processes, and practices of negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision making so that you can be a more effective negotiator in a wide variety of situations. The course methodology is highly participatory and utilizes class discussions and simulations in one-on-one and group situations.
Note: Classroom location listings are also posted outside the CAPS office and the lobby of the 17 Lexington Avenue building.
