To determine the appropriate class level, experiment with the course graduation videos. If you can play along with the previous level's video but struggle with this level's graduation video, you're in the right class. Before your initial session, try the warm-up video you'll perform in every class. Nine warm-up variations exist, so select your appropriate level carefully. Don't pressure yourself to master everything immediately; familiarization is your goal. For maximum progress, use this warm-up video as your practice routine at home as well.
