Takeout Favorites Cooking Camp – Hands-On Culinary Week
In this exciting hands-on cooking camp, students learn how to recreate their favorite restaurant and takeout meals completely from scratch. Throughout the week, young chefs gain real kitchen skills while transforming familiar fast-food classics into homemade, chef-crafted creations.
Each day, students prepare a full savory menu while learning essential culinary techniques including breading and frying, sauce-making, dough preparation, seasoning, sautéing, and baking. Students enjoy their savory dishes together for lunch, then finish the day by preparing a dessert or specialty treat to take home and share.
