Join us for a special class with the talented fishmongers and chefs at Greenpoint Fish & Lobster! In this seafood intensive, you'll learn everything from how to source and select fresh fish to cooking with confidence.

Menu: 
  • Whole Roasted Fish
  • Citrus Ceviche
  • Grilled Fish Tacos
  • Basic Fish Stock
Skills to be Learned:
  • Seasoning, roasting, and grilling fish 
  • Working with whole fish and fillets 
  • Working with raw fish
    Balancing flavors

Refund Policy

When you register for a class, you agree to these terms:

  • You may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund, up to 72 hours (3 days) before the date and time of the event. 
  • Cancellations between 25-72 hours before the event may be transferred to a different date/time of the same class. 
  • Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the class date/time may not receive a refund nor a transfer.
  • Our classes are transferrable, so feel free to send a friend if you can’t make it!
  • In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
