Mozzarella Making & Pizza Party (Includes Wine)

Learn how to stretch your own mozzarella, then use it to build your dream pizza, culminating in a pizza dinner party with salad and wine.

It’s an all-out food extravaganza, combining our signature mozzarella making class with a pizza party. First, you’ll get hands-on with fresh cheese curds, creating your own high-quality mozzarella alongside a Murray’s expert. Then, you’ll get to build your dream pizza, topping dough with your just-made mozz and your favorite ingredients. We’ll bake your pie, and you’ll sit back, relax, and enjoy a dinner party with fresh-out-of-the-oven, handmade pizza, plus salad, spritzes & wine.

• Format: hands-on mozzarella & pizza making with a Murray’s expert in our classroom, followed by a pizza dinner party
• Includes: curds to make mozzarella, pre-made dough, pizza toppings, arugula salad

Additional Information

In-person classes take place in the classrooms located at our Bleecker Street store. Our classrooms are located upstairs and downstairs at our venue and are therefore not wheelchair accessible.
