The Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - Online With Skills Check is recommended for: Healthcare professionals involved in the delivery and care of newborns including: Pediatricians, Respiratory Therapists, and Nurses. Also recommended for students interested in this field.
Please note that the AAP has updated the NRP Course. As of January 1, 2017, only the 7th edition online course will be valid. Please make sure to complete the 7th edition course if you are doing a skills session after January 1, 2017.

The new 7th Edition course is made up of 2 Parts:
PART 1 - focuses on building a foundation of neonatal resuscitation knowledge. This would run for 3 – 8 hours based on experience. The learning activities in Part I include:
PART 2 - The Instructor-led skills session (2.5 hours, hands-on portion of the course)
To access Part 1 of the NRP course, go to www.healthstream.com/hlc/aap. The online portion of the course is $35 and will be paid directly to Healthstream once you have created an account.
Once you have completed Part 1, you have 90 days to complete Part 2.
Note:
All Students may reschedule their class up to 3 times before a rescheduling fee is collected. (Reschedule must be within 6 months of initial registration date)
All classes close 15 minutes after the start time. Unfortunately, late students will not be allowed to attend.
The school reserve the right to cancel a class due to lack of participation. In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
