Description

Requirements:

Be licensed physician, physician assistant, nurse, EMT or Paramedic, or hold an NREMT certification at the EMT, AEMT or Paramedic level, or hold a military medic instructor credential issued by one of the U.S. Armed Services.
Successfully pass a TCCC-MP course offered through NAEMT within the last year.

During the instructor course:

We will be going over the curriculum. Talking about the different skills required, and how to work with students.

After the instructor course:

You will be required to observe a full course.
After your observation course you will be integrated and help teach a portion of another course. Both lecture on day 1 and skills on day 2/3
Depending on performance you might be asked to co teach additional classes until you are adept.
You have 3 months to complete these steps unless there are extenuating circumstances which then can be extended to 6 months.

School Notes:

All of the courses that we have students sign up for through CourseHorse are skills sessions. Skills sessions require that the student complete an online testing portion through the American Heart Association, that online testing portion is a separate charge from our class fee for facilitating the skills session in the class room.

We offer full provider classes that are all done in class without the need to complete an online test before the class starts.

Refund Policy

If you need to cancel for a refund less a 5% non-refundable fee or reschedule your class a 2 business days notice to CourseHorse is required.
If less than 2 business days notice is received we can no longer issue a refund of any sort.

Students must arrive on time for their class. Students who arrive 15 minutes or more late, will not be allowed into class and will not be allowed a refund. No-call, No-show will result in you being charged for the cost of the class.
