Description

Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) is created by the U.S. Department of Defense Committee on TCCC (Co-TCCC) to teach evidence-based, life-saving techniques and strategies for providing the best trauma care on the battlefield.

TCCC-MP (TCCC for Medical Personnel) is a 2-day classroom course for military medical personnel including medics, corpsmen, and pararescue personnel deploying in support of combat operations.
Direct Threat Care that is rendered while under attack or in adverse conditions.
Indirect Threat Care that is rendered while the threat has been suppressed, but may resurface at any point.
Evacuation Care that is rendered while the casualty is being evacuated from the incident site.

The 16-hour classroom course covers the following topics:

Hemorrhage control;
Surgical airway control and needle decompression;
Strategies for treating wounded responders in threatening environments;
Caring for pediatric patients; and
Techniques for dragging and carrying victims to safety.

School Notes:

All of the courses that we have students sign up for through CourseHorse are skills sessions. Skills sessions require that the student complete an online testing portion through the American Heart Association, that online testing portion is a separate charge from our class fee for facilitating the skills session in the class room.

We offer full provider classes that are all done in class without the need to complete an online test before the class starts.

Refund Policy

If you need to cancel for a refund less a 5% non-refundable fee or reschedule your class a 2 business days notice to CourseHorse is required.
If less than 2 business days notice is received we can no longer issue a refund of any sort.

Students must arrive on time for their class. Students who arrive 15 minutes or more late, will not be allowed into class and will not be allowed a refund. No-call, No-show will result in you being charged for the cost of the class.

Excellent hands-on training and instruction! The didactic portion of the course was not as beneficial from my perspective, but I believe the faculty and cadre running the course intend to re-vamp that portion to better integrate it with the skills modules and hands-on/field instruction in future iterations. Looking forward to additional training in the future with 3CPR!
