Everyone loves ice cream but adding a bit of alcohol takes an ordinary scoop to the next level, bringing a surprising complexity, deeper flavors and fun combinations to your next favorite scoop of frozen deliciousness.
At this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to make ice cream, sorbet and gelato, how to transform some of your favorite spirits into spectacular frozen treats and how to form hand-rolled waffle cones like a pro. Snacks, beer, and soda are all included.
You’ll leave with 6 kinds of frozen wonders that you’ve created, smartphone accessible recipes and tips, and the newfound knowledge to customize your own boozy ice cream concoctions.
