Lakewood CO Workshop: Find Your Creative Flow with Neurographic Art
Get quiet and tap into the creative side of your brain with neurographic art. No talent required to benefit from this beautiful art process!
Join us for a journey into the world of neurographic art, and discover the joy of creating art that looks beautiful, and nourishes your mind and soul!
In this relaxing class, you will learn how to create beautiful art pieces using a technique that combines drawing, painting, and meditation. You’ll create three* neurographic art pieces using a variety of materials including markers, pencils, charcoal, oil pastels, and watercolors.
Creating neurographic art is very much a moving meditation. Creativity coach and artist Tabetha Landt will guide you through the process, teaching you techniques that you can use in your daily life to clear the clutter of your mind.
No experience is needed - anyone can create neurographic art! If you’re nervous, Tabetha will be there with guidance and positive reinforcement.
What you'll learn:
- Introduction to neurographic art.
- Overview of all of the available art supplies, and how they can best be used in your neurographic art.
- Tabetha will guide you through the process of creating your first piece, teaching you how to get the most out of your neurographic art experience.
- This is a very personal process, so each student will work at their own pace, with guidance and support from Tabetha when needed.
- When you’re done with your first piece, you will move on to your next, choosing the art supplies you’d like to experiment with.
- At the end of the class you'll have an opportunity to reflect on your work and the process, and share with the class if you like.
- *Since each person creates are at a different pace, you may end up with fewer than 3 paintings. Or you may end up with more.
