What you'll learn in this acrylic painting class:
What is acrylic paint pouring? It's a form of abstract painting using fluid acrylic paints. Instead of using paint brushes, we pour the paint on the canvas. It's fun and easy!
In this class you'll create 2 abstract paintings using the flip cup technique. Basically you'll pour several colors into a cup, and flip the cup onto the canvas. The paint pours out, and then you tip and tilt the canvas, using gravity to move the paint around. The colors swirl and form a super cool abstract painting!
The price includes two 9 x12 canvases and all supplies. (You get to choose your own colors!)
We end up with a lot of paint on the canvases, so they'll need to dry overnight before you can take them home. Plan on picking up your paintings the day after class, or we can set up a time for the following week.

Note:
- Aprons are provided, but it's a good idea to wear clothes they don't mind getting paint on, just in case.
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes early, to allow time to check in and get settled.
- The minimum age to register is 12, and the child must be with a paid adult, and comfortable in a class full of adults.
