John Callaway John Callaway has been a Microsoft certified trainer since 1997 and has delivered technical training to thousands of students in 43 countries. Prior to becoming an MCSE and an MCT John worked in various other industries as varied as banking, construction and even owned his own retail store. This broad background allows John to take a unique view of integration, frequently introducing quirky and memorable stories into the course that makes learning fun and engaging while reinforcing real world experiences. He has worked extensively with BizTalk server for the past 15 years, and has deep ties in the worldwide BizTalk community. John is a “trainer’s trainer,” instructing other MCTs in various technologies preparatory to their teaching courses. He is passionate about making the learning experience as effective as possible and has an interest in instructional design theory and how we can apply that to learning technical topics. Rob Callaway Rob Callaway has split his time equally between delivering training courses, writing the courses he teaches, and mentoring customers in their BizTalk Server endeavors. As the lead course designer for QuickLearn Training's integration courses, Rob helps build the most detailed BizTalk Server courses on the planet and ensures that all courses are informed by the real-world experiences he has with customers. Rob served as co-author of Microsoft's official curriculum for BizTalk Server 2004 and BizTalk Server 2006, as well as the MCTS exam for BizTalk Server 2006 and the Integration Partner assessment for the Microsoft Partner Network. In the classroom, Rob is not only an expert with BizTalk Server, but is passionate about the technology and teaching. Rob's love of teaching extends to his client mentoring engagements where his goal is simple: "I'm not here to do your job for you, but to teach you to do your job better!"
