Emily Weissman first learned to cross stitch at age four, when her British grandmother helped her complete a pattern of a very ugly chicken. Since then, she’s honed her needlepoint skills considerably, and you can see her latest work on Instagram at @em.broidery. Emily believes strongly in using art and hobbies to create authentic community, and in putting a contemporary spin on traditionally “feminine arts.”
