Let your soul loose in a dynamic vinyasa style flow that moves in + around the hammock linking breath to movement. Each class is uniquely tailored to offer pacing and poses to fit the students in the room.

Moving in 360 degrees of space provides greater range of motion and movement space. Weight distribution in the fabric offers up increased resistance with your own body weight as well as lighter loading on the joints. Challenge your balance, we do often flow on one foot which provides better core work and stabilization.

Please Note:

• Arrive 10 min early.
• Avoid slippery material clothing (cotton is best).
• Wear a fitted shirt with sleeves. Tank tops expose sensitive skin under the arms to rubbing which can leave marks on your skin. Once you get used to moving with the fabric and you can keep it away from your under arms (as a beginner this is tough to do) then you are welcome to wear a tank top.
• Remove all jewelry that may get caught on or snag the hammock. Especially rings.
• Avoid eating an hour before class.
• Yoga mat optional but really not necessary. The floors are soft.
• Bring water.
