Course Overview:
- Develop basic understanding of project control
- Basic project planning and progress monitoring process
- Basic understanding of project scope and project WBS
- Navigating though Microsoft Project menus and screens
- Creating a Project Schedule
- Creating Layouts
- Modifying the Project Schedule
- Creating Project Baselines
- Updating the Project Schedule
- Printing Reports
- You must be reasonably proficient with Microsoft Windows and file system.
- You must be able to start and end programs, restart Windows if necessary and have a basic understanding of Windows printing.

Refund Policy
These policies have been put into place to ensure our customers receive the highest quality instruction. Since class size is limited, all cancellation/ rescheduling deadlines will be strictly adhered to.
CANCELLATIONS:
A company or individual may cancel a class without penalty by giving Kelar Pacific notice* at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled start date of the class.
If a company or individual cancels a specific course without at least 10 business days but more than 5 business days notice* prior to the start date, the company or individual will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee.
If a company or individual cancels a specific course without at least five business days notice* prior to the start date of the class, the company or individual will be assessed a 100% cancellation fee. No refund will be made.
RESCHEDULES:
A company or individual may reschedule a class without penalty by giving Kelar Pacific notice* at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled start date of the class. A limit of three reschedules per course is permitted.
NO SHOWS:
If a company or individual does not attend a class and does not give notice*, the company or individual will be assessed a 100% no show fee.
REIMBURSEMENTS:
Kelar Pacific reserves the right to cancel a class at any time. If that happens, we will refund the course fee(s) in full.
The Kelar Pacific liability is limited to the course fee(s) only. Kelar Pacific cannot be held liable for airfare, lodging or other related expenses, including airline penalties incurred.
