Are you new to video making or do you want to learn some new creative production tips? This introductory video class looks at essential video equipment as well as more advanced concepts. You will receive expert advice on techniques that can be applied to existing or future video projects.

Preparation

  • Please note that this is a beginner class, however, some intermediate concepts will be covered which will appeal to existing video makers. Some experience creating video on a smart phone/iPhone, camcorder or DSLR is a bonus, but not necessary.
  • This class is taken completely online via Zoom.
  • You will need access to a laptop or computer with a working webcam and microphone as well as a strong internet connection.
  • Course set up information will be emailed to all students signed up around 24 hours before (and again an hour before) the course launches.

Registration for this offering will close 2 hours prior to the session start in order to allow all students ample opportunity to have the technology enabled.

For students enrolling in 12 week part time and immersive classes, it is not recommended that you book more than one class simultaneously.
