A 1.5 hour introduction to the very basic fundamentals of parkour for children ages 9-14. We'll cover the basics of jumping and landing, rolling, and some vaulting so that kids can get started safely in our Parkour for Kids program and our Youth Parkour program! This class is a prerequisite for all our other Parkour classes. Ages 9-14.
In this class students will continue to understand and improve their tap technique while adding complex rhythms and combinations in the center and across the floor. The Intensive Program is by audition/invitation only.
