Based on the beloved vegetarian cookbooks by Yotam Ottolenghi, “Plenty” and “More Plenty”, Chef Pam will take you on a fun and flavorful odyssey around the produce section of your grocery store, and make a complete and delicious meal.
Evening’s dishes include: Muhammara Dip with Sumac Pita Chips, Orange and Date Salad, Cauliflower Cake. Mango and Curried Chickpea Salad, and Brussels Sprout Risotto.
You will enjoy the foods created in class, plus appetizers, wine, presentation-style instruction, and lots of good food conversation.
