Sandy Rogers serves as FranklinCovey’s Global Customer Loyalty Practice Leader. The Loyalty Practice provides frontline managers with the knowledge, capabilities and tools to lead teams in delivering superior service and increasing loyalty through its Leading Customer Loyalty™ work session. Prior to FranklinCovey, Sandy led marketing and corporate strategy with Enterprise® Rent-A-Car and was involved with marketing at Apple® and Procter & Gamble. He serves as a Big Brother and has chaired the boards for Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri, the Leadership Council for the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center, and Community School in St. Louis. Sandy holds a bachelor’s degree from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
