Lauren Autenrieth is a 200 hour RYT, Yoga Alliance certified in both Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. Lauren has been teaching for the past 7 years in San Diego and New York City and has a passion for spreading love and building community through the practice of yoga. She has a desire for adventure and wants nothing more than to make human connections and handstand around the world. Lauren currently resides in Ocean Beach and can be seen zipping around on the (second) love of her life, her Huffy 10 speed.
