Kate took her first yoga class in NYC in 2002. Since then she has completed trainings with teachers from New York, to Hong Kong, Vancouver to Santa Fe, and spent the last 6 years teaching in Istanbul. Kate has received trainings in Anusara, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Insight Meditation, Tantra, Pranayama and Somatic Experiencing.
