Teaches at The House of Yogi

Angelica invites students to slow down, tune in and center into intention. She encourages you to reflect inward, explore, and be a loving witness to what unfolds, feeling empowered to discover, express and release as you need. Guiding the practice through proper alignment, breath, awareness and free self-expression Angelica holds a safe space where each person can individually thrive while collectively strengthening and transforming together.
Having completed her 200 hour training in Vinyasa Flow Yoga, being Reiki Level 1 & 2 certified, and having taught yoga in Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam and Japan, Angelica is truly grateful for the opportunity to teach yoga and connect others with their bodies, healing, path and potential.

When she’s not teaching, practicing or traveling, you can find Angelica writing, singing, running or being a doula. She has deep love and a genuine joy that is contagious. Join her on the mat to enjoy a powerful heart-centered practice!
