Chef Eloise's love for baking started as a young girl in the Philippines. She moved to California and attended the California Culinary Academy of San Francisco. Later, she brought her dream to life opening her own pastry shop. Today, she enjoys creating incredible treats for customers of her dessert café in North Beach and teaching others how to create their own masterpieces in her intimate cooking classes.
