It went a little fast and the recipes sent didn’t match entirely but Chris was awesome. He made it accessible.
Great class, instructor was very good. Registered on Coursehorse, class run by Classpop. Had difficulty between the two platforms getting a copy of the recipe in advance...ended up having to run back to the store the morning of to get more quantities. Links to the recipes sent did not work. The class says it is an hour, but was 1.5 or 2 hr, I can't quite remember. So the time should be adjusted so people can plan accordingly!
It’s never good to have a link that doesn’t work, which then delays the class starting a half hour late. I’m mentioning this mostly as an FYI because I know that these things happen. Other than that, things went smoothly. It was easy to follow along and the camera location was good. I cut myself on my newly sharpened knives, so I got an “F” in the class...LOL! But that did make me decide to just watch (not make) the 2nd recipe.
I was great and Chrs did a good job....because i did not get the info and had only some items, I would suggest you send info out sooner rather than later....so everyone could be prepared. Generally I would of had most of the things but had been on vacation and not replenished...That way if people don't get the info they an let you know sooner too. Only other suggestion, would be to have a knife skills class where you just cut items and not cook...takes a lot of time and i wanted more learning on how to cut items and didn't realize I was making edible foods....Not a complain a suggestion. Maybe course should be listed as Knife Skills and Easy or Simple Cooking 101 Loved the recipes too. Janet

Zoom link apparently did not work. I waited for about 20 minutes with no contact. I tried to use your email the teacher feature and requested a full refund. When I was done trying to figure out how to make raviolis myself bc that’s what I promised my family for my bday dinner, I sat down and checked my email. I found out about 2 minutes after my note to the teacher that new link had been sent but this was after I logged off of zoom. I was pretty disappointed.
CourseHorse and ClassPop don't have their act together. I received emails with conflicting class start times from them. They don't reply to email or have a working telephone number. Ultimately, they canceled the class due to low enrollment. I won't be registering for any other courses, which is too bad. It might have been fun.
The chef never showed up for the class. Please process a refund.
It was a great class. Questions were welcomed at any point during the class. I did buy all the ingredients that were required in the recipe to make the two fillings. I had bought way to much of the different cheeses because we did not follow the recipe. I wish this was explained that were we were not making the full amount of fillings. The raviloi turned out great and tasted amazing. It was a wonderful experience and the chef was wonderful and very personable. Thank you!
Great class. Chef Chris went at a good pace and answered all questions as they arose, Thoroughly enjoyed my first virtual cooking class and am looking forward to the next 2 I signed up for.
