What you'll learn in this aerial class:
Students must be able to safely invert in the fabric. In this class you will learn basic tricks, poses, sequences and drops in an aerial hammock that is between chest and head height off the ground.
Prerequisite: Intro to Silks or Aerial Yoga Level 1.

- Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to class if you have never taken classes at Aerial Theory before.
- Wear athletic clothing that you feel comfortable in when going upside down.
