What you'll learn in this self improvement class:
Authentic Presence: Cultivating kindness, compassion, and joy in everyday life
Navigating our increasingly artificial world presents challenges and opportunities. Explore how “showing up” authentically is fundamental to our well-being while inspiring the best in others. Learn how mindfulness awareness meditation cultivates and unleashes authenticity. Explore “authentic presence” and how to embody health and well-being via: gentleness, sadness, cheerfulness and vulnerability.
This 2-day program will include talks by Michael Carroll, meditation practice, and discussion on the Four Immeasurables of Buddhism. Attend in person, or via zoom. Please let us know your preference when registering.
