It’s a paradox: As a member of a virtual team, you’re often more visible than you might be in person. Why? Because effective communications, trust and a strong virtual presence need to be quickly established when working with other team members. If this is done, you’ll stand out as a valued contributor. If not, you risk standing out as a non-contributor. 

Take this course to learn how to establish your presence and communicate effectively in a virtual realm, build strong virtual team relationships, and collaborate with success. In addition, you’ll gain tools and techniques to influence others, address differences before they become conflicts, foster trust and credibility, and much more.

NOTE: A computer headset with microphone is required to attend and participate in this program.

Remote Learning

This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.

Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.

Refund Policy

For Classroom, Live Online, Express Skills Courses and Webinar programs, you may transfer to a future session, send someone to take your place, or cancel for a 5% fee up to 23 days prior to your program.

If you provide AMA with less than 23 days’ notice, or fail to attend, you will be liable for the entire program fee.
