In Tofu Desserts, make 2 drool worthy plant-based desserts with tofu. Tofu is a miracle ingredient in vegan and dairy free desserts serving to thicken and emulsify without dominating the flavor. You’ll make beautiful and light Passion Fruit Tarts. You’ll also literally whip up decadent Chocolate Mousse out of just 4 ingredients. You won’t even know the tofu is there. Learn how to thicken fillings, use your food processor, and make a pressed nut crust. Practice artful garnishing on both desserts. These are guilt free desserts you will make again and again.
Menu:
The recipes for this class are 100% plant-based and can be made gluten free. These desserts are also low in sugar. There is minimal prep required for this class.
Tofu Desserts is part of our 4-part class series that gets you using more tofu in your cooking. Check out Tofu Dressings, Tofu Dinners and Tofu DIY.
