Each class contains 1 complete meal: an entrée with an accompaniment of rice or bread.
Every dish can be personalized for vegetarian, gluten-free, and other dietary requirements. For example, a chicken dish can be made with a plant-based protein; a whole-wheat bread can be made with gluten-free flour.

- Session 4: Sweet and Spicy Squash & Plain Paratha
$140 for the 4-workshop series, including spice package, recipes, and online instruction. $50 for a drop-in class (no spices included).
Each class contains a complete meal, as well as leftovers you can enjoy for the week.
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
