Chef Laura will guide you through creating the perfect pasta dough and bubbling vodka sauce, all from quality ingredients. Whether you're a pasta novice or experienced cook, join us to elevate your Italian cooking skills and impress your loved ones with this classic dish.
Are you intimidated by the idea of making your own Ethiopian food? This class will demystify the spices used in Ethiopian cuisine as we blend our own Berbere from scratch.
You’ll use your freshly made spice blend as well as my own triple aromatic purée in vegetarian dishes. You’ll also understand how Injera, a fermented flatbread is made, and practice steaming up your own. We guarantee you’ll be eating a flavorful healthy meal by the time we’re through.
This is a two part class. A mini session will be hosted to prepare our spice blends and start the injera sponge a few days before the main class. It will be recorded so you can follow on your own time if needed.
Our menu includes:
Menu is 100% vegetarian and gluten free and the dishes can be made vegan with slight modifications.
Some prep is required. A spice grinder or mortar and pestle is highly recommended for this class (or you could purchase the spices already ground or a prepared blend).
This is a VIRTUAL LIVE COOKING CLASS. Sessions will be recorded. You will receive a list of ingredients, materials and prep instructions upon registration.
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.

The school reserves the right to cancel an event or class due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances that would make the event or class non-viable. Public class participants will be notified via email and may elect to receive a full refund less a 5% non refundable registration fee, a class credit, or admission to another class, pending availability.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
