Kristen Euretig is the co-founder of Brooklyn Plans- a financial planning firm and community resource.  She has been featured in Forbes, The New York Times and Bankrate as an expert financial planner and advocate. She has developed curriculum and implemented strategies and programs internationally. Personal finance is her passion. She has worked with hundreds of clients to establish goals and create financial plans. She also loves doing Afro-Caribbean dance, sharing funny and cool financial stuff on her blog youngbrokeawesome.com, traveling and everything Spanish.

Jennifer Velasquez is a financial educator and co-founder of Brooklyn Plans. She develops financial education curricula for nonprofit organizations and specializes in adult dialogue education. Previously, she was a financial advisor at a local nonprofit organization where she counseled hundreds of clients across NYC. Her experience empowering others around their finances and financial goals began years ago when she supported members of a domestic microfinance organization. During other hours Jennifer enjoys building furniture, trying new vegan recipes and dancing.
