In order to continue to operate in the City of New York, the designated construction supervisors are required to complete a minimum number of hours of approved site safety training and to carry site safety identification cards as proof of completion of the training (As per New York City Local Law 196 of 2017 also known as ‘LL196’ or ‘Local Law’). This course provides 22 hours towards the satisfaction of that requirement.
Course Length: 22 hours of instructional time, excluding breaks and meals.

Requirements:
In order to receive certificates of completion for this course, students must:
Attend 100% of the course.
Be active participants in all learning events, including final exam and hands-on activities.
Score 70% or higher on the written exams.
Make-Up Time: No make-up time is permitted for this course. Students who miss any portion of the training must make arrangements with All NYC Safety & Training to attend another course. Additional course fees may apply.
To complete all 32 hours required, student have done previously 8 hours Fall Prevention and 2 hours Drug and Alcohol courses

- 2-HR TOOLBOX TALKS (SST304) 8AM – 2:45PM
