In this online workshop, you'll learn how to remain calm while staying committed to your objective. We’ll begin by examining the dynamics of conversations of all varieties, from small talk at the office to networking events and social gatherings of all sizes. We’ll then discuss negotiation structure and active listening techniques before tackling negotiation scenarios.
By the end of the workshop, all participants will have a renewed confidence in their ability to navigate personal and professional challenges and a solid conversation framework to bring to their next negotiation.
