Description

What you'll learn in this horticulture class:

Did you know succulents breathe through their stomata at night and other houseplants typically during the day? This water-conserving process is called crassulacean acid metabolism.

Join us as we discuss the structural differences between succulents and other houseplants, how their needs differ, and how to propagate them. After potting up together, leave with two plants of your own.

Notes: This class meets in person, outdoors at BBG. Instructions on how to enter the Garden will be emailed to participants in advance of class.

Refund Policy

Notify us at [email protected] at least 7 business days before the start date of the class or trip, and we will refund your fee less $15. If you must withdraw fewer than 7 business days before the class, we will refund your fee only if your space can be filled from a waiting list. No refunds, transfers, or credits are given after the start date.

If BBG must cancel a course, you will be notified as early as possible and will receive a full refund. BBG cancels classes with insufficient registration approximately one week before the start date, so register early!

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
