What you'll learn in this group fitness class:

Working with one pound of resistance can allow you to strengthen and build tone while practicing using resistance from the weights properly. Working with lighter weights allows you to monitor your form and alignment during activity. We will work slowly and carefully to promote stress free movement. What you learn and practice in this class can be applied to anytime you work with resistance, lift and carry things, or exercise. Led by Ann Rodiger, Lindy Rogers, and Alice MacDonald.


Remote Learning

This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.

Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the class will be honored with a full refund. Students who cancel less than 48 hours prior to the start time of the class will receive a credit towards a future class.
