What you'll learn in this group fitness class:
Join Soca N Sweat as @Darren.Bankss guest instructs a fun and exciting dance fitness class led where she leads us to warm up, stretch, and learn the fundamentals of whining, on the rooftop. Want to put some "oil" in that waistline?
Join us for an hour of waist whining as we "wuk up" , while socially distancing and work up a sweat while incorporating basic elements of fitness. With no future of carnival in sight, remain active and enjoy the vibes.
All dance levels are welcome, so come unleash, get active and enjoy the carnival like vibes while feteing, pelting, and sweating!
