We had very little opportunity to “make our own” chocolates. There was only one station set up where the instructor led the class asking for “volunteers” to stir or add an ingredients at times. Most of the class was spent in silence watching not because the instructor was talking but literally it was silent. We would like a refund!

Chef Simon was great. His personality was a plus and we all enjoyed the class very much. Relaxed, fun and serious. Made it simple and the chocolates were great. Highly recommend

This is hands down, the best chocolate making class. I took another class the week before this one and did not like it one bit. I was in a hotel guest area, there was no kitchen and everything was done in disposable utensils. It had a "date night feeling" and was full of ppl drinking alcohol while making chocolate and etc.. THIS IS NOTHING LIKE THAT! I got a very thorough look into making chocolate and was able to ask all the questions I had. The best part - I was in an industrial kitchen and got to see how the pros make chocolate.

Unfortunately I had an emergency and was unable to attend. I called in and asked if someone could go in my place and was greeted by a friendly representative. My sister and my father went in my place and they said they had a blast. I was told the class was very thorough and they really enjoyed learning how to make the truffles.
