What you'll learn in this culinary class:
Il Fiorista is partnering with the Italian Lugana wine region for a very special dinner.
Guests will enjoy a 3-course dinner menu created by Chef Rae Kramer and designed to be paired with a selection of wine from Lugana. Each wines will be presented by the Lugana wine producers during the dinner.
Menu :
1st -
- Fluke Crudo - melon, cucumber, shiso flowers
- Prosciutto with sungolds
Pasta Course
- White Sweet Potato
- sorrel, nasturtium, trout roe
Entree
- Chamomile Brined Sasso Chicken
Arugula Salad
