This class is a continuation of my Watercolor Florals, and if you're ready to learn more and take your watercolor flowers to the next level, look no further! This is the class you need! In this intermediate installment of my watercolor floral classes, we'll review how to choose the best materials and learn advanced techniques for painting gorgeous florals and then proceed to create a lovely Stargazer Lily in a style of soft realism and also add a gorgeous, highly textural background to the composition to create extra oomph in your painting. I will share with you my tips and tricks for composing your own florals and how to give your paintings pizzazz so you can paint watercolors with wow!
Once you sign up, you'll receive the link to the Zoom classroom and a line drawing to transfer to the watercolor paper.

About the Instructor
Hi, I’m Jade and I’m an artist, calligrapher, and educator. It is my deepest belief that we can be happier and more fulfilled when expressing ourselves creatively and I'm intensely passionate about teaching and making art accessible to all. My desire is to share my creative journey: to teach, uplift, and encourage everyone to live their best creative lives. My motto in life is "Make art, feel happy!"
What will be included in my Virtual Class package?
One ticket includes an access link to your live, online class. The class will be delivered via web conferencing software and feature a live, professional instructor who will walk you through a lesson as described above. You will have the opportunity to ask questions as well as participate from home.
Will I need anything from home to use in the class?
You will need a reliable Internet connection as well as a computer or device (mobile works!) with which you can access your virtual class. We recommend you arrive to class 5-10 minutes early to ensure you're able to set up your device and connection. Additionally, if the class is more than just a lecture you will likely want any materials listed in the course description as "Materials Needed to Participate Fully", though you're welcome to purchase a seat and sit in and just watch.
Am I able to ask questions or interact with the class?
Yes, you'll both be able to ask questions using the chat function in the video hosting software as well as at certain intervals during the class via voice/audio. If the class winds up being on the smaller side, more spontaneous interaction/questions will be encouraged.
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
Students may cancel any time 72 hours or more before the class to receive a refund or credit.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
