What are we mounting the stone in? I have my own diamond stone. Can I mount it? It’s a stone that is abt 1 1.2 carat

We use a specific size tube for specific size stone in this class for 1 Day class since time is only 3 hours limited so you can't use your own stone but we offer continuing courses. This course is more flexible for time so you can use your own stone.

Question from Carol N.
When do we get the ring? Can I take this workshop to make a simple gold wedding band?
Answer from Joy S. Verified Student
I made a sterling silver ring and left with the ring at the end of class. I assume this would be the same for all metals. I think this ring would make a really cute wedding band!

The teacher was nice and patient. She provided all the equipment we needed. There was enough time to work on the ring without any pressure. The downside was that we all made the same ring (there were 3 options that were pretty similar to each other). I didn't like the design she offered us to choose from so in the end, I made a ring that I didn't like from the beginning. I believe the reason was that it was our first experience so she chose an easier technique.
