Marjorie Gayle

Teaches at Santa Monica College

Marjorie Gayle is the owner of Administration Rescue, Inc., a third party administrator for public works construction and Human Resource Consulting Company. She has over 25 years of experience in the human resource field in a cross section of industries. Since 2007 she has concentrated in public works construction, assisting subcontractors navigate through the complicated laws of labor compliance. Her passion to assist contractors stems from remembering the frustration her father had when he worked on public projects. Ms. Gayle’s passion is to assist subcontractors develop the policies, procedures, record keeping and organizational skills needed to succeed in the potentially lucrative field. Her clients appreciate her ability to breakdown complicated requirements into simple terms. Projects she has worked on are Tom Bradley International Terminal, Martin Luther King Jr. Inpatient Renovation Tower and Expo II Light Rail. Ms. Gayle has a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from the University of Southern California.
