Sandy is a retired RN. She is founder, owner, and director of the Athletic Garage. Her focus is on wellness and has a dream that all of us can be fit no matter what size or shape. Through her many injuries from a life of athletics and dance, she has developed a program which will build strength, endurance, and flexibility without stressing joints and back.
