Laura Kachergus believes yoga should be enlightening and whenever possible, fun. She strives to be an articulate guiding presence providing alignment and breath work while encouraging students to create their own subjective experience based on their innate strength, beauty and goodness. She completed her first teacher training with John Friend and subsequently, with Dana Flynn of Laughing Lotus in NYC. She is the education director of Zenergy Yoga for Kids.
