Namaste Highland Park

Namaste Highland Park (NHP) is the east side’s all-inclusive urban oasis to stretch out, unwind and expand your horizons. More than just a gift shop, NHP also features an art exhibition space, urban life workshops, yoga classes and a gardening store.

Namaste Highland Park introduced itself to the community during NELA Art Gallery Night on December 8th and plans to feature new local artist every 6-8 weeks.

We offer a wide array of yoga classes from mellow hatha Evening Glow to vigorous Rasa Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt, Friday evening Restorative, Yoga in Spanish and daily Power Lunch. Beyond yoga, the NHP team of talented and experienced yoga teachers has more than yoga instruction to offer - you will also find the teachers leading workshops on tea preparation & tastings, urban gardening, urban beekeeping, kombucha making, drumming & yoga, jewelry making, and couple's massage workshops. Our urban garden will debut in Spring 2013 with raised beds and succulent garden.

Namaste Highland Park is a relaxed and playful place where our neighbors come to release tensions, recharge the spirit and rejoice as they kick off the shoes, roll out their mat and flow.
