COREIQ is for creative visionaries who hear a call for impact but miss the action.

It takes knowledge to innovate, but it takes a beginner's mind to be original. This is creativity's evil twist. We aspire expertise when all along, the fertile ground for creativity is the unknown. And the more we know, the less we explore.

Hence, unlearning assumptions is at the center of COREIQ's unique and transformational program.

You'll be experiencing a series of sessions where we will work on amplifying your impact on your environment. Transforming circulating thoughts into mental agility, considering your neuroplasticity through thought-provoking dialogues. But the real fun happens in between sessions, where you will explore emotional intelligence, practice lateral thinking, become aware of your impact, and take creative action steps. Expect writing, movement, painting, cooking, pottery, music, outdoor activity, and a bunch of lighthearted humor on your path to originality, creative problem-solving, and impactful life-design. Rediscovering a beginner's mind that makes resonant choices and takes conscious action effortlessly and playfully.

It was a very relax atmosphere. The chef was fascinating to listen too and the participants were pretty cool once we all got a little wine in us. Nonsure if the $96 each was fair price. I left hungry! !!!

This was by far the best night I have had in a long time. Money well spent to say the least! Chef Fed and his crew made us feel comfortable and at home. It almost felt like we were in his personal kitchen at home. They made it fun and entertaining. The food was phenominal. We cannot stop talking about the experience. We are spreading the word to all our family and friends. We are looking forward to signing up to another course next month! Christina Liguori..

The food was delicious! The instructor was fun, funny, gregarious, and very engaging. I learned a lot, had a wonderful time with my girlfriend, and ate delicious food!

We had such a great time! We didn't know what we'd be making or what to expect but it was romantic and fun and we learned so much! I really liked the set-up of this course and Chef Fed and his staff were all wonderful - great instructors, welcoming, all smiles, and obviously did a LOT behind the scenes and paid attention to detail to make sure everyone felt comfortable and had fun. And of course we loved the meal and can't wait to make everything at home!!

Great class. Chef Fred is very personable. Nice location and great atmosphere. Fun class and dinner - plus they keep the wine flowing. Enjoyed meeting some of the other guests. I learned some new cooking techniques that I've already tried out with good results.

Great class! Great Chef! Chef Fed was incredibly entertaining and charismatic. He took his time explaining absolutely ANYTHING you can think of in terms of cooking. Starting with how to grab a knife to how to boil liquids to get the best flavor out of them. I recommend this class to anybody and everybody. It's and "aphrodisiac" cooking class so bringing a significant other will be great, but even if you bring your best friend or just come on your own you'll enjoy yourself just as much as everybody else. His assistants were really helpful and last but not least, THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS!
