Audition Plus Improvisation (ages 13 and up only)

4-WEEK GROUP CLASSES:

• No refunds, No transfers.
• Missed classes cannot be added onto the end of the enrolled session.
• Students are only allowed to make up one class per month. To be eligible you must give advance notice of your absence by emailing us at [email protected] at least 2 business days ahead of your class start time.

Students may only work on class material that was taught during their missed class in the make up class.

The “Make Up Monday” class will be held the first Monday of the following month from 3:00-5:00pm (Pacific). An email will be sent to those on the makeup class list with the zoom link prior to that class. Makeup class students can stay for the entire makeup class to watch and learn from all of the other students’ work, or they can leave the zoom after their turn.

We understand that sometimes auditions and bookings are scheduled last minute and might occur within the required 2 business days notice window. One of our goals is to train each actor to be prepared for precisely those types of opportunities, therefore absences for auditions & bookings would still fall under the cancellation policy outlined above.

SPECIAL INTENSIVES:

No refunds or make ups available.

In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
