What you'll learn in this paddle board class:
For those who feel the call of the Ocean, this lesson series is for you. SoCal is one long beach with a handful of crowded marinas. If you spend all week in traffic why not break free and paddle on the Ocean with us!
Connect with the Ocean while you paddle with other, like-minded paddlers, make new friends, learn a new life skill, and become ocean minded!
- Ocean orientation
- Surf zone training
- Wave timing and wave catching
This class meets at Charlie beach in Marina del Rey and we walk to Venice beach together.
Refund Policy
- Customer cancellations prior to 6 business days of the class date will receive 50% off re-booking fee.
- Last minute cancellations by customer less than 6 business days of class date will not receive a refund since we will most likely not be able to fill that space.
- Weather cancellations by instructor, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
- We will cancel any trips when there are safety concerns such as wind or lightning. We don’t cancel for rain.
- Rescheduling or moving to an alternative location may occur at the discretion of the trip leader.
