Vibras is a multistage, fun, engaging class that begins with high energy exercises and ends in a heart-focused, relaxing meditation! Our class also teaches children how to manage their emotional state by tapping into their inner peace and happiness. Many children are already practicing emotional self-regulation after just a few classes. This is the best gift you can give yourself and your child during these difficult times.
The class will be live streamed. Once you sign up you'll receive a link to the virtual meeting.
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.

A multistage class brings awareness to the energy in the body and then focuses it during meditation. Vibras incorporates yoga, energization, and concentration exercises that are suitable for both parents and kids!
This class is designed for children 8-11. The exercises and meditations are most engaging for this age group.
Parents are not required to pay. All materials will be provided including yoga mats and meditation cushions. Parking is also free!
