What you'll learn in this cake class:
Not only will you learn to create fabulous ganache, color ganache and create the perfect consistency for the drip, but you will also learn to ice smoothly, create water color effect, make a melting snowman from fondant (because you want a drip with a cause)and finally work with isomalt to create a wonderful and trendy geode heart topper. This class will fill quickly so make sure to get your spot!

- 2 bullets of white buttercream (approx 1 cup icing)
- 1 container of white chocolate truffle
- Decorator bag with coupler with tip #18, #32
- 1 set of isomalt safety gloves
