Notes: Inclement Weather Policy It is our first and foremost concern to provide a safe and fun experience. In the event of stormy weather please contact our office for instructions. Our tours will roll in light sprinkling rain as long as there is no active thunder or lightening in the area. Because of the unpredictable nature of the weather, it can come down to a case by case decision. We may make contact with you prior to the tour, and decide with your input to start a few minutes late, cancel, or reschedule. If we cancel due to weather, a full refund will be made immediately, unless you opt to reschedule. If, during a tour, the guide determines conditions to be unsafe, we will cancel the tour and a credit for a future Segway Tour of Houston will be provided.
